Terms of Service

Last updated: 27/01/26

These Terms of Service explain how UltimateSetup Ltd provides its services and set out the basis on which we work with clients.

Services
UltimateSetup provides one-off digital workspace setup services, including inbox organisation, file and folder structure, and general digital workspace clarity.

Our services are designed to set systems up properly once. They do not include ongoing admin, virtual assistant services, or long-term support unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Consultations
Free consultations are offered to understand your needs and determine whether our services are a good fit. A consultation does not create any obligation for either party.

No guarantees
While we aim to improve clarity and reduce friction in digital workspaces, we cannot guarantee specific productivity, time-saving, or business outcomes. Results depend on how systems are used and maintained.

Client responsibility
You are responsible for providing access to relevant accounts, files, or systems where agreed, and for using the setup provided in line with your own needs and responsibilities.

Limitation of liability
UltimateSetup Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to services
We may update or refine how our services are delivered over time. Any agreed work will be clearly outlined before it begins.

Intellectual property
All materials, structures, and documentation created as part of the service remain the intellectual property of UltimateSetup Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
